[Easy Recipes] Healthy English Muffin Sandwich + Meal Idea

Healthy Clean Eating English Muffin Sandwich with Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes and Brussel Sprouts

I made this easy English Muffin sandwich before heading off to the airport. You can sip a blackberry arugula juice with this too. Keep reading to see what I accompanied my sandwich with.

Healthy Clean Eating English Muffin Sandwich with Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes and Brussel Sprouts

{English muffin grillé avec un avocat étalé dessus, des pousses et des petites tomates}

Eat 10 almonds a day to get the right amount of healthy fat and Vitamin E
 {Sea salted almonds and cashew nuts}
{Amandes et noix de cajous salées aux sel de mer}

As a healthy desert, eat a granny smith apple
