Berry-licious Vegan Smoothie Recipe

Berry-licious Vegan Smoothie

Serves: 1 person
Time: 5 minutes

1/2 c oats
1 banana
1 cereal bowl of mixed berries
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 c soy milk

As always, put in blender and mix until a bit thick. Eat the smoothie with a spoon if you like yours thick.

Pour 1 personne
Temps: 5 minutes

Ingrédients

Une poignée de flocons d'avoine
1 banane
1 bol de fruits rouges
1 cuillère à café de graines chia
1 verre de lait de soja

Comme d'habitude, mixez pour faire une boisson moyennement épaisse. Dégustez-la à la petite cuillère.
