I've become quite addicted to smoothies! I don't know if it's the texture or the taste but I can't get enough. I thought I'd start a new series of posts entirely dedicated to smoothies and juices to share with you my new found love. This green tea, banana and blueberry smoothie is thus the first recipe in my "From My Blender" series. (Did you try my cranberry mango smoothie?)
Green Tea, Banana and Blueberry Smoothie
For 3 people.
- 5 cups water
- 2 green tea bags
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen or not)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt
Microwave water until hot. Add tea bag and allow to brew. Remove tea bag. Allow tea to cool. In blender add blueberries, banana, yoghurt and milk then add tea. Blend until smooth and ENJOY!
Je suis assez accro aux smoothies! Je ne sais pas si c'est la texture ou le goût, mais j'en raffole. L'idée met venue de créer une série entièrement dédiée aux smoothies et aux jus. Ce smoothie thé vert, banane et myrtilles est donc l'inauguration de la série "From My Blender". (Avez vous essayé mon smoothie canneberge mangue?)
Smoothie thé vert, banane et myrtilles
Pour 3 personnes.
- 240 ml eau
- 1 cuillère à soupe de yaourt nature
- 2 sachets de thé vert
- 180g myrtilles (congelés ou pas)
- 1 banane
- 240 ml lait
Chauffez l'eau au micro-ondes jusqu'à ce que ce soit bouillant. Ajoutez thé et laisser infuser. Enlevez le sachet. Laissez refroidir. Dans le mixeur, ajoutez myrtilles, banane, yaourt et le lait. Mixer. Ajouter thé. Mixer le tout sur la puissance maximale jusqu'à ce que le smoothie soit liquide. Bon appetit.
