[From My Blender] Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

Pineapple and Banana Smoothie

For: 1 person
Time: 5 mins


1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 banana
1 cup plain Greek yogurt

Put in blender and mix until thick. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and drink with your meal or as a snack.

Smoothie banane et ananas

Pour 1 personne
Temps: 5 minutes


1 petit bol de morceaux d'ananas frais
1 banane
1 petit pot de fromage blanc

Mélangez le tout dans un mixeur. Réfrigérez quelques minutes et puis consommez avec un repas ou comme goûter.
