Healthy, yummy, and my favorite snack; that's what this is. If you want you can add a slice of a bagette under the tomato but this is a very simple snack to make on any day. It consists of just one tomato, mozzarella cheese, and then basil. Just cut 'em up and eat 'em up!!!
You can get the tomatoes anywhere but I think their best when they come from a farmers market or your own garden! The basil I grow myself in a small pot that I just keep on my windowsill. Just get a starter basil plant with a small pot and soil and the sun from the window will be enough light to keep it alive :)
I get my mozzarella cheese at Whole Foods (any food store will probably sell mozzarella). It just comes in a small container as a chunk and then I cut it up to whatever size I want and need.
