Mixed Berry + Granola Smoothie Bowl (vegan friendly)

Mixed Berry + Granola Smoothie Bowl

For: 1 person
Time: 10 mins

Smoothie:
1 cup milk (or plant based)
3/4 banana
1 1/2 cup mixed berries

Toppings:
Granola
1/4 banana left
Almonds
Walnuts


Blend the smoothie ingredients and pour the smoothie into a bowl. Add the toppings on top of the smoothie, your base. You can present your smoothie bowl however you like.

Pour une personne
Temps: 10 mins

Pour le smoothie:
Un verre de lait (à base de plantes ou pas)
3/4 d'une banane

Pour la garniture:
Granola
1/4 de la banane restante
Amandes
Noix

Mixez le smoothie puis versez le liquide dans un bol ou une assiette creuse. Ajoutez la garniture au-dessus de la base de smoothie. Vous pouvez présenter votre "smoothie bowl" comme vous voulez!
