Berry Kale Smoothie recipe, vegan friendly

Berry Kale Smoothie (vegan friendly)

For: 1 person
Time: 5 mins

Ingredients 

1 ripe banana
2 cups frozen mixed berries
1 cup milk (or plant based)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
A couple of kale leaves 

Put in blender and mix until thick. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and drink with your meal or as a snack.


Smoothie fruits rouges et choux kale (vegan)

Pour 1 personne
Temps: 5 minutes

Ingrédients


1 banane mûre
1 bol de fruits rouges congelées
1 verre de lait (à base de plantes pour faire vegan)
1 càc. de graines chia (facultatif)
Quelques feuilles de choux kale

Mélangez le tout dans un mixeur. Réfrigérez quelques minutes et puis consommez avec un repas ou comme goûter.

    1. You don't really taste the kale in my smoothies. It's just for the added benefits since it's a superfood.
