Israeli Couscous Summer Salad
For 1 bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 slice of turkey
- 1 cup of grilled zucchini
- 2 1/2 cups of cooked Israeli couscous
- parsley (as much as you want)
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the avocado in strips. Rip small pieces of turkey. Mix the tomatoes, zucchini, turkey, couscous and parsley in a bowl. Decorate meal by placing the slices of avocado on top. Serve immediately. Tip: enjoy meal with a fresh pressed juice.
Salade de couscous israelien
Pour 1 bol
Ingrédients
- 1/2 avocat
- 5 tomates cerises
- 1 tranche de dinde
- 1 poignée de courgettes grillées au barbecue
- 450g couscous israelien, cuit
- persil (autant que vous aimez)
Coupez les tomates cerises en deux. Coupez de fines tranches d'avocat en longueur. Déchirez grossièrement des petits morceaux de dinde. Mélangez les tomates, les courgettes, la dinde, le couscous et le persil dans votre bol. Décorez le tout en ajoutant vos tranches d'avocats au dessus. Servez immédiatement. Le petit +: déguster avec un jus frais.
