Banana Java Smoothie Bowl

For: 1 person
Time: 10 mins

Smoothie:
2/3 cup coffee
1/2 cup plant based milk (used soy)
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
1 tablespoon raw cocoa powder or cacao nibs 
1 tablespoon chia seeds

Toppings:
Granola
Frozen raspberries
99% Dark chocolate or Cacao nibs


Blend the smoothie ingredients and pour the smoothie into a bowl. Add the toppings on top of the smoothie, your base. You can present your smoothie bowl however you like.

"Smoothie bowl" banane café

Pour une personne
Temps: 10 mins

Pour le smoothie:
160 ml de café
120 ml de lait (à base de plantes ou pas)
1 banane
40 g de flocons d'avoines
1 petite cuillère de poudre de cacao ou de graines de cacao
1 petite cuillère de graines chia

Pour la garniture:
Framboises congelées ou fraîches
Granola maison
Chocolat noir 99%

Mixez le smoothie puis versez le liquide dans un bol ou une assiette creuse. Ajoutez la garniture au-dessus de la base de smoothie. Vous pouvez présenter votre "smoothie bowl" comme vous voulez!
