Cranberry Mango Healthy Smoothie
For 3 glasses
- 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries & blackberries)
- 1 cup mango
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- milk
- 1 tbsp wheat germ
Enjoy!
Smoothie sain canneberge mangue
Pour trois verres
- 475ml d'un mélange de fruits rouges (fraises, myrtilles & mûres)
- 240ml de mangue coupée
- 120ml de canneberges
- 240ml de yaourt
- lait
- 15ml germe de blé
Bon appetit.

J'avoue que je ne bois jamais de smoothies, je ne sais pas pourquoi (peut-être parce que j'ai la flemme de les faire).
