Spontaneity

Every once in a while it's good to step out of your comfort zone, do the opposite of what people expect out of you or what you expect from yourself. College has taught me spontaneity. I went to see Sarah Kay on a whim. I bought a ticket for a Saturday in New York for $20 in November. I joined the crew team. I woke up this morning and put this sweater on backwards. There are certain moments in life where you just need to say "yes" and go with it. You won't always know if it's a good idea but most of the time, it is!

De temps en temps, il faut sortir de l'ordinaire, faire le contraire de ce que les gens attendent de vous ou de vous-même. L'université est en train de m'apprendre la spontanéité. Sur un coup de tête, je suis allée voir Sarah Kay. J'ai acheté un billet de bus à $20 pour New York pour un samedi de novembre. J'ai décidé de faire partie de l'équipe de l'aviron. Quand je me suis réveillée ce matin, j'ai choisi de porter ce pull à l'envers. Il y a des moments où il faut simplement dire "oui" et suivre vos envies. On ne sait pas forcement si ce sera une bonne idée ou pas, mais la plupart du temps, sachez que OUI!
