Apple Peanut Butter Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Apple PB Steel-Cut Oatmeal

Time: 25mins
Serves: 1 

1/4 c steel-cut oats
3/4 c water
3/4 grated apple
1/4 apple slices
2 tsp peanut butter
2 tsp rasins
2 tsp chopped walnuts
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp hemp seeds (optional)


Bring water to a boil. Pour in oats, reduce heat to low and cover with a lid. Cook for 10mins for al dente oatmeal or 15-20mins for soft oatmeal. Stir every couple of minutes. Before turning heat off, add grated apple, chia and hemp seeds. Stir and let cook for 1-2mins. Pour oatmeal in a bowl and top with peanut butter, raisins, chopped walnuts and apple slices. Serve hot.


Bol d'avoine concassée aux pommes et beurre de cacahuètes

Temps: 25 minutes
Pour une personne

60g de flocons d'avoine concasée

180ml d'eau
3/4 d'une pomme (râpée)
1/4 d'une pomme (coupée en tranches)
2 càc beurre de cacahuètes 
2 càc raisins secs
2 càc de noix
1 càc de graines de chia (facultatif)
1 càc de graines de chanvre (facultatif)

Faites bouillir l'eau. Ajoutez les flocons d'avoine, mettez sur feu doux et couvrir. Faites cuire 10 minutes pour de l'avoine al dente ou 15-20 minutes pour de l'avoine bouille. Remuez régulièrement. Avant de couper le gaz, ajoutez la pomme râpée et les graines, si vous voulez. Remuez et laissez cuire une à deux minutes. Versez votre mélange d'avoine dans un bol et garnissez-le avec le beurre de cacahuètes, raisins secs, noix et tranches de pommes. Servez chaud.
