This weekend, we had beautiful weather. It was raining like cats and dogs for a couple days and today, all of a sudden, the sun cleared away the clouds to flood the sky with its warm rays of light. I spent the day with my friend, Emma. We walked to the beach from her house. We never leave without a camera which was a smart decision for today. The sun reflected itself onto the silver water. The light was blinding but lovely.
Ce week-end, nous avons eu un beau temps inhabituel. Il a plu des cordes pendant quelques jours et aujourd'hui, le soleil a écarté les nuages pour laisser passer ses doux rayons de lumière. J'ai passé la journée chez mon amie, Emma. De chez elle, nous sommes allées à la plage à pieds. On ne sort jamais sans nos appareils photos. Nous avons bien fait, car la lumière se miroitait sur l'eau argentée. La lumière était éblouissante.
