Happy 2018! Today's post is a detox drink, that still tastes good :) and is perfect to help alleviate all of those holiday meals.
The recipe is made up of turmeric, with antioxidant effects, similar to ginger, which also helps with digestion and is said to be anti-inflammatory, and lemon which stimulates your immune system thanks to its doses of vitamin C.

Ingredients
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- 2 slices of fresh ginger
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 3 cups filtered water
- Add turmeric, ginger, lemon juice and filtered water in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Turn off heat after about 3 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a bowl or large mug.
- Serves 2 or one large mug.
- Add more hot water to dilute if the taste is too strong, or add honey

Bonne année 2018! Aujourd'hui, je vous propose une boisson détox, mais buvable :) qui est parfaite pour soigner les excès des repas de fête.
Cette recette se compose de curcuma aux effets antioxidants, de gingembre qui, en plus de ses vertus anti-inflamatoires, facilite la digestion, et de citron qui stimule le système immunitaire grâce à la vitamine C.
Ingrédients
- Une demie cac. de curcuma en poudre
- 2 tranches de gingembre frais
- 1 citron, pressé
- 3 tasses d'eau filtrée
- Mélangez curcuma, gingembre, jus de citron dans une casserole remplie d'eau. Chauffez à feu doux et sans faire bouillir.
- Éteignez le feu après environ trois minutes.
- Passez le liquide.
- Servez-le dans une grande mug.
- Ajoutez plus d'eau chaude pour diluer le goût si c'est trop fort, ou ajoutez un peu de miel.
