Blueberry Ginger Smoothie (vegan friendly)

Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 inch slice of ginger
1 cup milk (or plant based)
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
Smoothie myrtilles gingembre (vegan)
Pour 1 personne
Temps: 5 minutes
Ingrédients
2 bananes mûres
1 petit bol de myrtilles (fraîches ou congelées)
2 cm de gingembre, coupée en rondelle
1 verre de lait (à base de plantes pour être vegan)
1 càc. de graines chia (facultatif)
Mélangez le tout dans un mixeur. Réfrigérez quelques minutes et puis consommez avec un repas ou comme goûter.
