Skin Smoothing Smoothie (Vegan friendly)
For 1 person
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1tsp Flaxseed
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Strawberries, Blueberries, blackberries mix
1 banana
1 cup cold green tea (I used pomegranate green tea)
Put in blender and mix until thick. Refrigerate for a couple of minutes and drink with your meal or as a snack.

Temps: 5 minutes
Ingrédients
1 càc. de graines de lin
1 avocat
1 poignée de mélange de fruits rouges (fraises, bleuets et mûres)
1 banane
1 verre de thé vert (j'ai utilisé un thé vert à la grenade)
Mélangez le tout dans un mixeur. Réfrigérez quelques minutes et puis consommez avec un repas ou comme goûter.
